Made since 1993 on the Larzac plateau, Pastis des Homs is an aniseed-flavored aperitif that combines anise and licorice with the aromas of some 15 aromatic plants (thyme, rosemary, savory, fennel, juniper, lemon balm, etc.) grown on the Homs farm, tempering and balancing the strength of the anise and licorice. Fine and elegant, this handcrafted pastis contains no caramel or colorants. It retains a beautiful white color. Serving suggestion: add fresh water as an aperitif, or enjoy neat as a digestive. Appreciated and widely recognized: it was awarded a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2015 and 2016 and a Silver Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2017. Drink in moderation.
