The cellars are located in galleries dug into the rock, 20 m below the surface. The temperature is cool, ideal for setting the mousse. Abundant fine bubbles enliven this crémant with its brioche bouquet, nuanced with citrus and white flowers. Light and tender, it's perfect for serving as an aperitif or with dessert.
