The MARTINI Bianco was created at the beginning of the 20th century. It was formerly known as MARTINI Bianchissimo, meaning "the whitest". It's a sweet white vermouth, a key ingredient in many cocktails, such as the iconic MARTINI cocktail.
Nicknamed "Bianchissimo", meaning "whitest", because of the vanilla flowers at the heart of its blend, MARTINI Bianco expresses the savory blend of aromatic plants, flowers and white wines like trebbiano that give it this subtle, complex flavor.
The sweetness of MARTINI Bianco and the bitterness of tonic are remarkably matched by rich, aromatic flavours. This cocktail goes perfectly with grilled artichokes. For something more daring, add a little heat with a spicy Espelette pepper focaccia.
